Not sure what Dell is thinking...
A CTGeeks client has a bad HDD that is still under warrenty. So we contacted Dell to get a replacement. They sent one(1) bracket and not one(1) but four(4) HDD's... I think there's a glitch in the matrix.
**UPDATE: one is a new 500GB unformatted drive and the other three are refurbished drives with images
**UPDATE2: all three refurbished drive images are Windows Vista Home Premium, even though the customer was eligible for an upgrade to Windows 7 AND requested the Win7 image for the replacement drive... Dell, I really don't know what to say other then FAIL! But, thanks for the 1.5TB of free storage. :)
